Goutam Rath is a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. He has more than two decades of combined experience in Business Consultation, / M& A/ Fund Raising / and is a certified consultant in Strategy and Private Equity. He was one of the youngest National Managers in PwC. He has also worked for Oracle and HP, successfully achieving many remarkable milestones during his stints.

Goutam has acted as an Advisor at numerous profitable companies, helping them frame business strategy for both organic as well as inorganic growth. He has also helped a few start-ups evolve from product development stage to go-to market and beyond. He has in-depth and intuitive knowledge in successful deal making.

He currently serves as Partner -Healthcare Practice at Rolent Capital Services, Director NGB Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Independent Director at Entod Pharmaceuticals, GNH (India) Pharmaceuticals, Zodiac JRD-MKJ Limited (listed), and has held senior leadership roles at Janssen (J&J), MSD Pharmaceuticals (Merck USA) & FDC Limited.

He brings strong network-led execution across fundraising and strategic engagements. A Chartered Accountant with a course in Finance and Financial Management Services from IIM Bangalore, MS in Operation Research from University of Chicago, Sougata is the Co-founder of Rolent. He has over 25 + years of valuable experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Sougata started his career with PwC, worked in the corporate finance function at RPG Enterprises and GE Capital and then went on to head SRF Finance’s brokerage arm, which was one of the first 5 corporate brokers in India. He is actively involved in conceptualizing various Trading Algorithms on which many firms run their Index and Commodity Trading processes in India. Since last 7 years, he has been instrumental in raising funds from global HNI and family offices as well as doing investment advisory for his clients at the Bombay Stock Exchange and other International Exchanges as well.

He had donned the mantle of CFO & Financial Controller in a few organizations. He worked in the assurance divisions of PwC (in Maldives) and E&Y (in Colombo) as well. He has been involved with the Audit of various companies in India, Sri Lanka and Australia. He has raised funds for various Medium Level companies in India.

He has been involved in many Joint Ventures/ Collaborations/ Mergers and Acquisitions providing guidance on Tax matters as well as Deal Structuring across many sectors that includes Steel, Pharma, Food Processing and other Manufacturing and Services Sector.

She has about 25 + years of valuable experience in executing Statutory Audits, Internal Forensic Audit, Business Process reviews etc with PwC for the last 25 years. Her last role was Director in PwC Assurance Practice up to April 2018. She has a wide array of experience in various industries like, Manufacturing, Construction, Telecom, Consumer Brands etc Her clients included Phillips Carbon Black (RPG Group), Dhunseri Group, Hindustan Unilever, Hutchison Telecom (now Vodafone), Bharti Airtel Limited, Magma Leasing, McNally Bharat, Khadims India and many more. At PwC she was also an accredited Trainer providing training on best practices in Audit Methodology and Accounting Standards.
