Goutam Rath 18 years of combined experience in Business Consultation, / M& A/ Fund Raising / Strategy/ Technology Consulting/ Deal Making . He was one of the youngest National Managers in PwC. He has worked for PwC/ Oracle and Hp etc and successfully achieved many milestones in each of his stints.
He has been involved in advisory roles of numerous profitable companies helping them frame business strategy in both organic as well as inorganic growth. He has also helped couple of start ups grow from product development to Go-to market and beyond. For the last 3 years he has been involved in at least a dozen acquisition/equity syndication and joint venture projects. He has in depth and intuitive knowledge in Deal Making and successfully executed various deals. He has a near 100 % success rate.
He is a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

Sougata is the Co-founder of Rolent. He has over 25 + years of valuable experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. He has been involved in conceptualizing various trading algorithms on which many firms run their index and commodity trading processes. He was the head of SRF Finance’s brokerage arm, which was one of the first 5 corporate brokers in India. He started his career with PwC and then worked in the corporate finance function at RPG Enterprises and GE Capital. For the last 7 years he has been instrumental in raising funds from global HNI and family offices as well as doing investment advisory for his clients at the Bombay Stock Exchange and other International bourses as well. He is based out of Mumbai.
He is Chartered Accountant and has done executive programme on risk management at IIM Bangalore.

Arvind Saraf is a reputed Chartered Accountant and an expert in Tax Matters and Internal Audit. He has 25 + Years of practice in Tax, Internal audit and Mergers and Acquisition Advisory. He has represented many reputed corporates and HNI for their buy side financial due diligence. He has been involved in many Joint Venture/ Collaborations/ Mergers and Acquisitions providing guidance on Tax matters as well as deal structuring across many sectors including Steel, Pharma, Food Processing and other Manufacturing and Services Sector.
He is an accomplished Chartered Accountant and was a Rank Holder in CA Finals in India

Pritha is a registered Financial Valuer and an accomplished Chartered Accountant. She has about 25 + years of valuable experience in executing statutory audits, internal forensic audit, business process reviews etc with PwC for the last 25 years. Her last role was Director in PwC Assurance Practice up to April 2018. She has a wide array of experience in various industries like, manufacturing, construction, telecom, Consumer Brands etc Her clients included Phillips Carbon Black ( RPG Group) , Dhunseri Group, Hindustan Unilever, Hutchison Telecom ( now Vodafone), Bharti Airtel Limited, Magma Leasing, McNally Bharat , Khadim India and many more . At PwC she was also an accredited Trainer providing training on best practices in Audit Methodology and Accounting Standards.
Pritha is an accomplished Chartered Accountant and also a Government Registered Financial Valuer.

Siddharth has 20 years of post qualification experience across geographies and industries. He has extensive experience in debt syndication/ equity syndication. He had donned the mantle of CFO & Financial Controller in a few organizations. He worked in the assurance divisions of PwC (in Maldives) and E&Y (in Colombo)as well. He has been involved with the Audit of various companies in India, Sri lanka and Australia. He has raised funds for various Medium Level companies in India.
